...and the Batman '66 influences keep on coming! Three on just this page:

• The villain portrayed by a "Special Guest Star": three guesses who I'd want playing the Raven if somehow Naked Justice was a '60's TV series (as if!)
• The villain's henchmen taking on "themed" names - in this case, names of characters from the stories of Edgar Allan Poe
• The villain almost always has a comely "henchwoman" (whose name will be revealed on the next and final page)

I tried to write the Raven's speech according to two precepts: 1) the archaic and mannered style of Poe; and 2) how they'd sound in the voice of Vincent Price. As a result, the Raven's dialogue was fun to write, especially in the interaction between him and his minion who's not quite getting into the "spirit" of the situation.
