I like the little scene with Charlotte and Flanagan at the bottom of the page. Charlotte can be a little flirt when she wants to be.

Oh, and I think I forgot to tell you: Peterson's first name is Oscar. (Yes, named after the jazz musician.)

Peterson is a character I've wanted to put in a comic for a few years now. I'd originally intended him to appear in Dyna the Damsel Dynamo! as Dyna's "friend on the force"*; but when this scene came up here and I needed a cop for Charlotte to talk to, I did a little transfer of Oscar from Dyna to NJ.

*including the scene in which the heroine gives him an affectionate touch on the shoulder, and after she leaves he touches the same place, a little infatuated.
