The "crowd buzz" in the last panel was intended to convey that most of the people who suddenly see Charlotte appear aren't shocked and scandalized to see a naked woman in public; they're (pleasantly) shocked to suddenly see this superheroine, this celebrity, in their midst; live and in person, so to speak.

And it was intended to be a bigger crowd; but to be honest I'm not completely happy with the last panel. Perspective has never been my strong suit, and this panel is proof of that. The relative sizes of the few people I was able to fit in the panel aren't consistent. But at least we get the first reveal of Charlotte in all her naked glory!! (No, she's not supposed to be twelve feet tall; in fact she's 5' 8", rather short for a DCM heroine.)
