Every time I think I've found the earliest drawings and sketches of Tetsuko, my wife Janet puts me to work cleaning out a closet or bookcase to sell/give away/throw away stuff we've collected over the years... and I find yet another stack of drawings and sketchbooks to go through. Well, it happened again.

This time, however, I'm absolutely certain that these are the earliest, very first drawings I ever did of Tetsuko... because it says so on the page! "TETSUKO - 1st designs 2-26-89". (Hmmm; maybe I should make February 26 her "official" birthday.)

The next page in the sketchbook contained these drawings, so I'm assuming that they were drawn within a day or two.
