Our pneumatic Nemesis of ne'er-do-wells springs into action!

(How the heck did "pneumatic" come to be a euphemism for "having large breasts" anyway? The other day I was listening to an old-time radio adaptation of Aldous Huxley's Brave New World - with the author himself narrating - and several of the women in the story were described as "pneumatic". Is that where it started?)
